How the SEO strategy actually works
Google sends people to the page that best answers exactly what they searched. So instead of one thin website, we built a dedicated, in-depth page for every service, every area, and every common question. Each page targets a specific real search, and they all link together so the whole site gains authority.
STEP 1
We found the real searches
Live Australian search data showed exactly what NDIS participants and families type into Google, with real monthly volumes and ad costs.
STEP 2
A page for each search
Every service and suburb has its own page, written in depth and answer-first, so it can rank for that exact query rather than competing with itself.
STEP 3
Built so Google trusts it
Structured data (schema), clean headings, fast pages, and internal links between related pages tell Google what each page is and that the site is authoritative.
STEP 4
It compounds
Rankings build over three to six months, then keep paying back. PPC fills the gap immediately while the organic rankings grow.
12 keywords
All Resilient currently ranks for, none of them SIL, complex care or hospital discharge. The opportunity is wide open.
0 NDIS terms
Lumi's domain currently ranks only for old lighting and lamp listings, with zero NDIS search presence. The new site fixes this from the ground up.

For your ad campaigns
PPC landing pages
Sending paid traffic to your normal homepage wastes clicks. These are single-purpose pages built to convert ad visitors into enquiries, one clear goal, a form and a phone number, no distractions.
The other direction
Alternate homepage concept
We also designed a second, more editorial direction for each business. The full sites above are built on Concept A, our recommendation, but the choice is yours.
